Benedetta Quiriconi was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2012.

From the beginning of her professional training she has carried out an intense activity of collaboration, assistance and consultancy with internal Legal Offices of some important Italian and multinational record companies, dealing in particular with the drafting of contracts in the music sector.

She mainly deals with Copyright law in the judicial and extrajudicial fields.

She provides legal assistance and advice for the drafting of contracts in the publishing and sound recordings sector, as well as brand partnership agreements.

She collaborated in assisting in University courses relating to Intellectual Property law.

She intervenes also as a Speaker at conventions and conferences, including professional training, concerning the protection and preservation of Intellectual Property rights.

She collaborates with legal magazines and special publications in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property. She is a member of the Editorial Committee of the magazine “Il Diritto di Autore”.

She is a member of ALAI – International Literary and Artistic Association and AGAM – Young Lawyers Association of Milan, AIGA Section – Italian Association of Young Lawyers of Milan.

She speaks Italian and English.
