Avv. Giovanni Cerri was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 1977 and to the Register of Lawyers at the Italian Supreme Court in 1991.
He works intensely as a lawyer – mainly before Courts – concerning various aspects and problems of Civil law (including contractual breaches, Company law, tenancy in common and condominiums, rights inherent in ownership and possession) and in Corporate criminal law (tax violations, liability of Auditors and Directors, crimes against the Public Administration).
Giovanni Cerri also advises on disputes arising from personal and property relationships between spouses, as well as consensual and judicial separations and divorces and modifications to the terms of separation and divorce, even through assisted negotiation. He also advises on Succession law.
He has often participated, even as an arbitrator, in various arbitration procedures (both institutional and ad hoc), acquiring considerable expertise using this increasingly widespread procedural tool.
He was President of AGAM – Young Lawyers Association of Milan.
